The basics: where we are, when we are open, and how an order actually starts. If you have never ordered custom apparel before, start here — the process is simpler than you think.
Monday 10–5, Tuesday 10–6, Wednesday 10–6, Thursday 10–6, Friday 10–5, and Saturday 11–2. We are closed Sunday.
Screen Printing
Screen printing questions almost always come down to two things: artwork files and setup fees. Both are explained below — including what we charge to fix imperfect files and exactly how screen charges scale with your order size.
Embroidery
Embroidery runs on stitch files, not image files, so the questions here are a little different. The short version: no minimums, a one-time $35 digitizing fee that covers you forever, and yes — we do Carhartt jackets.
