Custom Screen Printing
Screen printing is what put Loveland Graphix on the map. Since 2005, we have printed tens of thousands of custom t-shirts, hoodies, sweatpants, and event shirts for schools, sports teams, businesses, and families across Loveland, Madeira, Milford, and the Greater Cincinnati area.
Every job runs through our in-house press — nothing is outsourced. That means real quality control on every shirt, honest turnaround times, and a printer you can actually talk to. Bring us your design, or sit down with us and we will help you build one that looks great on fabric, not just on screen.
Screen printing is the most cost-effective way to produce bold, long-lasting prints in quantity. The more shirts you print, the lower your cost per shirt — which is why it is the go-to choice for team shirts, school spirit wear, company crews, fundraisers, and family reunions.

Bad file? We can clean up most artwork for a flat $30 fee.
Artwork & File Types
For the sharpest results we ask for vector artwork — .eps, .ai, or .cdr files. Vector files scale to any size without losing edge quality, which is exactly what a screen needs.
Only have a JPEG, GIF, PNG, or PSD? Bitmap files often will not separate cleanly for screens, but do not let that stop you. We can redraw and clean up most designs for a flat $30.00 fee; more complicated designs get a custom quote before we start. We also offer full logo vectorizing as a standalone service.
What Is Screen Printing, Exactly?

Screen printing is the classic, proven method behind almost every team shirt and concert tee you have ever owned. Your design is separated into individual colors, and each color gets its own fine mesh screen with a stencil of your artwork burned into it. The garment goes on the press, and we pull thick plastisol ink through each screen with a squeegee — one color at a time, perfectly registered so the layers line up.
After printing, every garment runs through a curing dryer that bonds the ink into the fabric at over 300°F. That cure is why a properly screen printed shirt survives years of washing without cracking or fading — the ink is not sitting on the shirt, it is fused into it.
Because each color needs its own screen, screen printing rewards simple, bold designs and bigger quantities. One to three colors on 24 shirts is the sweet spot where the price per shirt gets genuinely hard to beat.
What Can We Print On?

T-shirts are the headline act, but the press does not stop there. We regularly screen print hoodies and crewneck sweatshirts, sweatpants and joggers, long-sleeve tees, tank tops, youth and toddler sizes, tote bags, and event tees in every color under the sun.
Garment choice matters more than most people expect. A soft ringspun cotton tee prints crisper than a budget blank; a 50/50 blend resists shrinking for uniforms; a heavyweight hoodie needs different ink handling than a lightweight tri-blend. Tell us how the shirts will be used — game day, work crew, fundraiser, retail — and we will recommend blanks that fit the job and the budget, from value tiers to premium brands in our catalog.
Not sure about sizing? We can bring in samples before you commit to a full run, so nobody on the team ends up with a shirt that fits like a tent.
How to Get the Best Price on Your Order

Three levers control screen printing cost, and you control all of them. First: color count. Every color in the design is a separate screen and a separate pass on the press, so a 2-color design will always beat a 6-color design on price. Second: quantity. Setup costs spread across the run — at 72+ pieces the screen fee drops to just $8 and the per-shirt price falls with it. Third: garment choice — a sensible blank can save several dollars per shirt versus a premium brand with no visible difference on the finished print.
Our advice is free and honest: send the design and we will tell you if dropping one color or bumping the order by a dozen shirts would meaningfully cut your total. We would rather earn a repeat customer than an extra screen fee.
